Sunday Dinner with Chuck

    Just put a 5 lb. chuckie on the smoker. This will be my first try at the beef roast, But you guys/gals make it look so good I had to try it! (wish me luck) LOL[​IMG]

    Looks good. Im glad you liked it.  I like to pull mine but that sliced looked great.

    Thanks Chef, It wasn't bad for my first chuck. I will do a few things different next time, and there will definetly be a next time!
