Well used Bear's CSR method and did some today on the MES 40. If I do say so myself I think they came out pretty darn tasty. On the MES at 225* and starting their 2 hour adventure.... This after two hours, added some apple juice and water (only reason for water is did have enough AJ) and getting ready to foil the top for another 2 hours after I took them off the grill I left them in the juice and put them in the oven which was off so they could stay moist until I threw them on the grill. And the final product. Put them on the grill for about 5 minutes and added sauce to some.
