So I decided to smoke this brisket and do some burnt ends. Took outta the package rinsed it and rubbed with a simple rub SPOG ... ( salt pepper onion garlic) cling wrapped and in the fridge over night. Got up early gave a little more rub turned the MES on to 245. Gonna run for about 5 hours there then back heat off to 225 till done. Wish me luck.
