gonna make up some today 2 are stuffed with cheeder and 2 with pepper jack made these once befor with this cheese and they turned out great. just beef and hope to have this for the 500 next sunday but doubt if it lasts that long.
heres the begining.
 
I'll be waiting to see how they come out, I want to do some with cheese soon also.
Do you soak your netting before hand? I've used vinegar before but still had trouble with it becoming one with the meat.
