just stuffed 25 pounds of my jalepano and cheese vension and pork summer sausage, just wondering if anyone out there ever used any liquid smoke in there recipe, yes i know i am going to smoke it anyway, but wanted to add just a little more smoke to the inside, if you use it i added 2 tablespoons per 25 pounds, is that enough, being that i am smoking it anyway.
