I have 4 pounds of ground deer meat. How much ground pork should I add?
I have all the other stuff down but I don't know the ratio of deer to pork.
I would add 1 to 1.5 lb of pork to 4 lbs of venison, but its really up to what you like.
Ok. 1.5 pounds sounds good. About how much NFDM?
1/2 cup per 5 lbs.

I will maybe add some fresh garlic instead of garlic salt next time though.
When we make any kind of sausage with deer meat we always do 50/50 pork. Deer is such a lean meat you need that fat content.
