sum split breast onthe ecb w q

    we got a break in the rain today so i did a quick dinner
    had sum split breast
    coated with olive oil soy sauce and seasoned with cavenders salt free
    greek seasoning

    almost forgot that i soaked em in a brine for 4 hours

    they look good. I still have to try brining. I inject them though

    They look nice. [​IMG] What was that brine combo you used?

    the brine was 7cups water and 3/4 cup kosher salt and a little
    whats this here sauce

    cooked em at about 260 for hour and 3/4
    the were at around 170-173
    tented for about 30 min
    twas delish

    used mesq and hick
