What a great wealth of knowledge I just stumbled across! Names Jarrod from Sheridan wyoming at about 4k feet. Used a fire box smoker for years but went to propane a few years back just for simplicity. Finally quit raining for a day so doing a pork loin with a dry rub. Run a masterbuilt propane with a 5x8 A-Maze-N smoke tray and a Ivation digital thermometer.
