I have the STUFZ for hamburger patties and am very happy with the product. Been thinking it would be great if they offered the product a little smaller for stuffing breakfast patties. A diameter of 3 3/4" to 4" (about the diameter of an english muffin) and not as thick as the burger stuffer. I would love to be able to put scrambled eggs, home smoked ham, home smoked bacon and or my own smoked cheese into my homemade sausage with a STUFZ breakfast patty maker; a.k.a. STUFZ Jr.?

If others have the same interest in a STUFZ breakfast patty maker add a post to this thread of your interest. I figure if they see a market for such a product and there is enough demand it will happen !!!

That would be nice, but I'm thinking it would almost have to be round to get thick enough to be stuffed, yet small enough in diameter to be a breakfast patty.

Just my thoughts---doesn't mean it can't be done.

I have had a few responses back with people making sausage and egg Stufz, they say it was greaaaaaaaaaaaattt.

I'm told it is best to scramble the egg. And depends on sausage, a little flour helped with stickiness.

And for the size you can decrease the amount of meat, it will still work, it just wont have as much filling inside.

Play around with the different amounts, I designed it to have a max size but you can make it smaller.

Thanks to all

How about if you cut a couple of pieces of 1/2" PVC to fit inside of the Stufz under the bottom plate, try it with one and if it's still too big add the other.

Just thinking, thanks for the idea, ...I'm gonna try it.

I do like the idea there. I really need to get me one of thoses things.

I would love to see a smaller version too. I actually take mine and reduce the amount of meat and make them thinner. At my age I can not slam down the 10 oz burgers any more like I did as a kid

Hi every one. you can have a smaller burger by reducing the amount of meat. the only thing that changes is the depth of the cavity.

I appreciate all your feed back that always helps with product improvements.

P.S. we had made updates to Stufz to make it even easier and quicker. 1,2,3, just got faster...

Thanks to all Stufz supporters
