Gonna do two this weekend. I've seen a few good recipes around that i'm goona try. Seems you can throw in pretty much anything you want. I'll be serving 8 people likely so two tenderloins will serve eveyone easily plus left overs probably. I'm probably gonna stuff one with veggies like the "Inspired Tenderloin" and the other probably with sausage and cheese. Or maybe apples? My mother in law seems to think a loin stuffed with apples would be the stuff. Anyones thoughts on that?
