I am smoking 2 pork loins on Friday and was going to fillet them open and fill and then roll back up, 1 I was going to fill with sausage and cheese and was looking for some advice on what to stuff the other with as an experiment, any suggestions, thanks
 
Ok click on "Search" then click on "Advanced Search" then type in "Stuffed Pork Loin" then below it click on "Search Entire Post" that will give you the option to click "Post Titles" do that then click search at the bottom and lots of threads will come up many with what they stuffed them with there were to many to pick one so I just decided to tell you how I found them. This one is on my list to try yet: Stuff with several layers of fresh spinach and then a spicy aduille (I don't spell very well, the Cajun heavy on the garlic stuff) sausage.
 
Here's one I did that has more of a fruit stuffing with sausage meat. We thought it was great
