Stuffed Pork Loin, Apple Pie Filling Q's

  1. Getting ready to smoke a pork loin tomorrow.  Cut the pork and stuffed it with the apple pie filling.  Was wondering if I should cook it incision side up?  Can I stick it directly on the grill?  Will the cut time be about 2 hours?

    Just found your thread---Probably much too late, but here's one of mine.

    I just laid it how it was most stable----incision was on the side.
