Stuffed meatloaf//jalapenios

    going to do this for Daytona Sunday, but want to cook it this weekend and freeze, has anyone tried this or think it is better to cook Sunday morning?, please let me know

    I would do it Sunday AM. With that said;

    Roll call is normally a place You post about yourself, and we can give ya a proper welcome to SMF. Just some FYI for future reference.

    If you plan on eating it Hot, as the Main Protein in your meal... I would Smoke it and eat it that day...If you are serving it as Hot or Cold Sammies as part of a Buffet...You would be fine doing ahead...I don't like to freeze Cooked Meat if I can avoid it but if you have to freeze it make sure you defrost safely in the refrigerator for a day or two...JJ

    Thanks Joel - I thought it was me- are you making a jalopeno stuffed meatloaf or a meatloaf and some ABT;s?  Do you have a recipe?
