So Memorial Day was the first day I really got to cook this memorial day weekend thank you to all the veterans past and present, I did a stuffed chicken breast with asparagus jalapeno and pepper jack cheese, seasoned with salt and pepper and roasted garlic and herbs, wrapped in bacon, and seasoned again, and just before I pulled the food, added a slice of pepper jack cheese on top. Turned out awesome, side of asparagus wrapped in bacon and some sweet corn on the cob, I was in a rush when I got home, so I didn't get many pictures of the process but you get the idea.
