Giving my second pastrami a go.

Got the CBB soaking now.

Here's the question; I have juniper berries, Do I skip the coriander?

I also see folks toasting the coriander and CBP, do you toast juniper berries?

Keep the juniper berries in but don't go overboard, 3-4 is usually a good amount.
Toasting the pepper and coriander isn't essential but I really think it adds such a wonderful flavor but be sure not to burn them.
As for the juniper berries, you can toast them if you like but you will have to use extra caution with them since it is a lot easier to burn them.
Personally I would toast the pepper and coriander but not the juniper berries to be safe, plus the toasting of the others will give you enough of that extra flavor.
