Just wondering what you guys do with your MES between smokes.

I've seen a few nice cart set ups and it would be real easy to roll outside on the patio and then inside the basement to getit out of the elements.

What do you all do?

Roll the 40 out the garage side door to the concrete next to the boat. It's under roof so I can smoke in all weather. Roll back in and cover til the next time!

I used the metal cart Mod and after washing it out and cleaning the glass I cover it and roll it to the back of my garage.

Metal cart Mod makes it easy to move it around.

Good luck,

John

I only use my MES for sausage, bacon, & cold smoking cheese & lox. So it sits a lot. It's about 6 years old & sits outside in the weather. As you know the summer rains here in Florida are brutal. But so far I have not had a problem with it at all. Everything works fine. It does have a MB cover over it, but that's it.

Mine stays on the front covered porch 24/7/365.

Been 6 years now. I have a MB cover on it, but it only gets rain or snow on it if we have a blowing rain or snow.
