Blake from St. Louis area.  I'm a novice smoker, like to think I'm pretty good at grilling though!  I have a UDS that I have been using to smoke the usual... chicken, pork, roasts, going to graduate to a brisket pretty soon though.  Look forward to joining the discussions!
 
Blake, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and ready to tackle the big guy.  Brisket is almost as easy as pork butt if you can just forget about it on the smoker.  There are lots of threads here to help you with your first big guy.
