Greetings,

Been smoking (mostly wild game -fish, turkey, fowl, elk, sausage, peperoni, beer malts, etc etc) for a couple decades now. I am pretty successful at it, most people rave about whatever I cure and smoke

I just got a propane Smoke Vault 24" and happened by this forum as I felt a little out of my "element" with the gas system. Figured I could learn a few things from a few people.

Thanks in advance!
