still figuring it out

  1. I'm josh im from se ky I use charcoal grill and an infared deep fryer for the time being it produces some great results this spring I plan to build a wood smoker

  3. thanks its pretty darn cold here in ky as well it started out at 17 deg this am now were up to 21

  6. yeah been looking things over im looking at something smaller but evevated off the ground seen a ceader sideing one I liked
  7. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
