Well holy smokes, I sure missed ya all!

Here is my football feast.
7 racks of baby backs. as ol' RonP10043 would say Huge Score!

They miss maked the spares with the Baby price and the babies with the spares price and they were both on sale ta boot!

these are rubbed with Jeff's rub and I let them soak for about 12 hours.


Now Katie wont let me have a Lang yet so I had to think 4th demensionally. I propped up my spare grill rack up on some steel and it gave me another level to load up.



Here is the whole lot. I didn't foil, but when they were done with the smoking part of the cook. I ditched the second rack and just cooked them all piled up and i spritzed and turned the pile every 40 minutes or so.



sorry I don't have afinished view, but we had folks coming in, and beer....oh the glorius beer.

but they were good. a bunch of my guests never had smoked ribs before. they couldn't believe what they were eating.
