Had these unwraped in the fridge to dry out with sea salt on um.

Checking grill temp and it looks ready

I never tried drying with salt...sounds great! Does it make for a crispier exterior texture?

I learned this from a Steak House Chef years ago. If you do not have an age room (who has) dry steaks in the fridge for a day unwrap. About 3 to 4 hours prior to grilling add sea salt to both sides. Yes it does make a nice crust. Casual is right, this is out in the sun room.
 
Nice steaks is an under statement for sure. Those are some great steaks is more like it. And a nice sear you got on them for sure. How long did you grill them for.?

Thanks for the comments on my wife's settings. Not sure at what temp I pulled them because I just go by feel. As far as sear I get the grill up about 650 degrees before I throw the steaks on.
