Hope I dont bore everyone with all of my posting of the short little cooks, but that is what I do 99% of the time. Very rare I do a long smoke, but I an on Sunday. ( of course I will post it ) Anyway here we go. Chuck steak seasoned with Jack Stacks all purpose and Tony C's. Using lump and hickory. Got the good smoke going. After 1 hour they are ready for the sear. ^^^^^^^ Isnt that a beautiful sight? ^^^^^^^^ Sear mode. All done. This pic doesnt show it, but it was a nice pink inside. PERFECT for me. Thanks for looking.
