Hi there , I am Kelly , and I just bought my first smoker. Benn an avid fan of BBQ for ever , and recently , having more time at home I decided to start smoking . My beginning rig is a Charbroil 2 door vertical propane smoker. The first thing I want  to smoke in there is either a brisket or links . Any  suggestions on the type of sausage is best for smoking?? I look forward to reading any and all suggestions on cooking tips , rubs sauces , wood , anything . Thanks for letting me post and thanks for letting me join.

I am a father of 4 GREAT kids , with a grand baby on the way , and I am a union Boilermaker by trade. My wife is the best woman in the world , and together we are enjoying life and Gods blessings , never taking one day for granted!!!
