I've been smoking meats for a while now and have come to learn many things, though there is still much to learn. I smoke with a smoker that i built out of two 55 gallon drums. It's set up as a reverse flow. If you have any questions abot the smoker or would like to see more pictures please message me and i will respond as fast as possible.
