Start of something good

    The beginning of the first smoke of the year. I'll post the rest of the pics when complete. I use the pans because I hate the thought of losing any juices and it helps immensely with cleanup. Since I haven't modded out my snp yet I have to do some shuffling anyway, so meat gets roated around the smoke nicely. Just a little more work. but, more work means more love.

    Nice full load of meat on the smoker. I like it no use wasting that good heat if its already going.

    Looks good! Been itching to smoke all weekend.. Have to wait till tomorrow to stuff the smoker. [​IMG]
