Stalker emerges

I have long been a stalker of this page lurking in the shadows and picking up tips tricks and advice.  I am emerging from the shadows and i am now planning to build my own smoker and I KNOW I will need some advice. I am based in Minnesota and look forward to greater particiapation now that I am "out".
