Hi there! I'm from the Philippines and I recently bought myself a Smoky Mountain Series Great Outdoors Smoker. I'm pretty new to smoking since the art is not that much practiced in the country except for smoking fish but using different woods for flavor is far very uncommon. My family and I enjoyed the whole process and product outcome that I'm planning to custom make a bigger one made from stainless steel which would hopefully last for generations to come.

Here's the problem which I hope someone can help me out. I have no idea on where to start and how to instruct the metal fabricator on how to do about it. Does anyone knows how or where can I get a detailed plan/diagram (with all the specifications and all) on how to make a smoker, preferably gas since I live in the city and getting hardwood and stuff is kind of difficult although I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks so much in advance and keep smokin'!
