I have a used food warmer which is about 5' 6" tall 22" wide 26" deep.  I need to come up with a way to heat the unit for smoke and drying.  I also need some racks.  Probably need a dampener and an exhaust.  Any tips would be greatful

Thanks

What brand of warming cabinet do you have? I know some of them can be converted to a heating unit just by changing  the heat element. does yours have humidity control?

The model of warming unit I have is, Cres Cor.  there is a fan and a heating unit.  The unit is insulate, it should be fine since it was a warmer, the temp gauge says it will register to 220 degree's.  there are two doors an upper and lower, which both doors open to one main compartment.

I need a little help on what to do with this warmer.  I do not want to screw it up.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

how would a smoke daddy, or an A-Maze-N-Pellet smoker work on a unit like this.
