Stainless cooler build

Picked this up for $100 and $60 in ferry tolls to get it. Got a PID, K type thermal couple, SSR/w heatsink and 12 'of 3/4" stove gasket off Amazon for $53.

Came with the insulation and a 1500W heating element.

I think with just over 200 into it I am still doing good.

Can not figure out what to do about an exhaust stack or if I need an air intake, any ideas?

Looks like a good start. What is the inside tub made of? There are multiple exhaust options and yes, you will need an intake, if not couple. I suggest searching the threads within the fridge/freezer build for options. Something that size will require a 3" if not 4" exhaust I'm guessing.

What will you be using for smoke source?

The inside is stainless also, just over 8ft[sup]3[/sup]. I have been looking thru threads and found one that is almost exactly the same, however didn't really address the stack issue.

Is it better to come out the side or top with it?

I have multiple AMNPS and a 12" AMPTS, so that's that plan.
