Well here a look at my 1st attempt at thighs all smoked and ready for chowin'. Was kinda concerned how quick they reached temp. about 1 1/4 hrs. had to double check another thermometer but they were @ temp. I kept the smoker @ 280*-290*. I can't believe how well this thing works. I'm going to put a pork butt and some more thighs in this weekend can't wait. Anyway here ya go
