Howdy all! Completely forgot to post this in a reasonable time but here I go anyway...

For St. Patty's i wanted to smoke a corned beef, something I've never done before.

The planned menu was Smoke Corned Beef and Cabbage Tacos, with twice baked potatoes stuffed with mashed carrots and potatoes! Also my friend brought over a "irish" salad.

Sorry for the blurry but here are the 3 corned beef flats rubbed with salt, pepper and onion flakes

Prepped the cabbage by coring them and put a garlic and a "little" butter in it. I took an irish twist on @jarjarchef's wine wine smoked cabbage (more later)

After 4 hours they were reaching the 155 mark so into a pan and poured the seasoning packet into the tray wiht a Murphy's Stout!

Out of order but cabbage and corned beef into the smoker...let the beef drippings coat the cabbage!

I guess i forgot the picture but after about 2 hours i took the cabbage out and chopped it up into quarters and into a baking sheet with Murphy's Stout and into the oven for another 2 hours. My buddy zach admiring the feast

Sliced up corned beef! it was so juicy and good!

This cabbage was delicious!

And here they are...Corned Beef and Cabbage tacos with Irish Cheddar on top with the Twice baked mashed carrot potato!

Thanks! Came out really good and gave me a chance to try a lot of first time things like the Corned Beef and the Twice baked potatos
