St louis style ribs

  1. Just put on the smoker

    spritzing with apple cider before wrap

    first coat of sauce and added brauts, one one the left is spicy sauce

    final product dinner time , 5 hrs on 225

  3. Thanks it was a last minute decision , I went to wally world and they had these ribs marked down to $7 a pack so I couldn't resist. this is my first time doing St Louis style ribs. they were fall off the bone 30 min before I though the should.

  5. Thanks B , I always have to make one slab spicy so I know ill get some , My grand daughter can eat her weight in ribs . The smoke in the brauts went almost all the way through them. First but not last time ill smoke those
