St. Louis Spares on a Day Off!

    Off work today, picked up some St. Louis cut ribs for the WSM.

    Trimmed up a little.  I was lazy today and tried out a commercial rub - Famous Dave's rib rub:

    They have been on the WSM at 235 for 1.5 hours so far with pecan and cherry (in the rain).  Not intending on foiling but they will get an apple juice spritz.

    Thanks DS....I think I managed to post the same thread twice.Not sure how, I did get an error on first submission and had to redo it (so I thought).  Oh well.
