here we go on smoker and i am going to my local bbq fest.
looks good-hope u have sombody watching them while your gone-sombody lost a couple pork pieces last nite from not babysitting there smoker.
doing the minion method and its been real good to me so far

heres the finish they came out great i was hoping for a less black color but i didn't foil them, cooked about 200 for about 6 hours
Looks reall tasty. what kind of wood did you use?
Been there and done that...
used cherry wood and they were almost too tender falling off the bone, if that's possible? but they were my best yet! i guess foil is the only way to keep them from turning a black color?
