Went out yesterday for  a full packer and somehow ended up with Pork ribs (don’t ask me, no idea how I ended up with that….guess they just looked so good, and the 6 hr cook time doesn’t hurt either!). 

Here they are prep out with a yellow mustard base coat and a homemade rub…Equal parts granulated garlic, onion powder, black pepper, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika, with a dash of oregano and about a half a cup of dark brown sugar. 


On the Kamado smoker with lump charcoal around 240*, TBS rolling with a 50/50 mix of hickory and cherry.
