Catching up from all of the smokes I did (or more like what pictures I have). This one is from 7/2 (4th of July weekend). I did St. Louis cut ribs, CSR's, ABT's, Smoked NC Red Hots, and 2 Stuffed Cheeseburgers. Hope you enjoy I am sure I did.

Forewarned some pictures are from my old phone and some from a Buddy's camera.

The fridge before the party. It has my usual summertime favorite JELLO SHOTS!

Rubbed and ready for the smoker. Looks like the ribs had mustard before the rub but I don't do my ribs that way so just some trick photography

I know I foiled for an hour (I do around a 3-1-1) This is the last 20-30, ready for sauce. I love having a Weber kettle net to the WSM, makes for moving the top rack super easy.

One of the cheeseburgers heated up slightly the next day. After I cut it I realized I had to nuke it a little longer

Which was eaten as an appetizer for that nights dinner of fried chicken, mac & cheese, collard greens, and cornbread (my table is a mess).

Thanks for looking!

Great looking meal there TWIG!

Everything looks delicious!

Thanks AL! I know I have another rib to to post but I don't have time today. This cook changed my wife's opinion on ribs. She didn't like them so I said don't say that until you try mine (couldn't believe I never made them for her). Well let's just say I have been making them a lot more often because of her constant requests.

That looks great Twig. Ribs and CSR's looked good enough to eat off the page,Hahaha.

Great shots......
Thanks Oldschool

Good Job!! Those ribs look just the way I like them, moist and tender with just the right amount of "tug".
Thanks Mdboatbum! I have been working on that perfect pull for years, now it's just second nature. I honestly don't time them, the 3-1-1 estimate is just a guess, I always go by look and feel.

very nice! Love to try one of those red hots myself!!
Thanks! It's funny cause I asked my mother in law to bring me up some Carolina Packers (red hotdogs, not spicy but I love them) when she came to visit. She couldn't find them so she brought me these red hots, I grilled them up and they were gross (and I love red hots) so I threw the other packs in the freezer. I grilled a frozen burger as a snack before this cook and saw them in the freezer and said why not smoke them, maybe they will taste better, if not I'll just throw them out. Much to my surprise they were REALLY good smoked. Kind of cool that smoking them completely changed the flavor.
