was at the local kroger (dillons) they had a pak of legs 14 for 5.00$.
been wanten to make some of these with this sauce after seeing it on wings.
1 jar 14 or 18 oz. of Orange Marmalade
1/3 cup of honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Sriracha Sauce
topped with cracked black pepper buckboard bacon
on smoker at 240° with apple smoke
hope they taste as good as they look

been on for a couple of hrs now christene is just purring away at 240° temp now down to 26°



been basting at 1.5 hrs looken good
 
That's a nice rack you have them in, did you build it or is it actually something made for holding chicken or other items?
They are looking great so far!

yea its home made just a piece of polished alum tread plate that i made just for drum sticks so i could baste or just top with bacon.
 
looks great man siracha is the best anyone that likes hot sauce needs to try it. how does that mixture taste? i might have to try that out sounds good.
 
taste great mixture is mellow calms the hot sauce down but still has a little kick give it a try you will like it.

Man they look really good and I really like the way that buckboard bacon looks too. Great job and that rack is pretty awesome too.
 
That is one great looking smoke - man that rack must have cost a fortune - love it
