Got a small TT  rubbed down with some Santa Maria TT rub. Did the rub lastnight , covered and frige. Re applied just a tad this afternoon and ready for the SRG.

I use a springform pan at the bottom of the SRG, I add pellets around the outside of the pan. Today is apple.
