Hello, My name is Kile, i am new to smoking and to this site! I have been smoking on a home made smoker in our back yard, but I now have a Smokey Mountain Smoker, the older model. I am husband to Katie, and father to Elaina! I look forward to learning from you all. Does anyone have any recommendation for starting out? equipment, absolute needs, rubs, etc. Best kind of meat to start on?
