Spring is finally here, time to smoke cheese. Sharp Cheddar, Mont. Jack and Pepper Jack. Friends have been waiting all winter. Using cherry and cold smoking. Vacuum pack and let go for 2 weeks, that's the hardest part.
Nice supply of cheese. To post it in the cheese area go to the top of any page. hover your mouse over the box that says forums in the top left. A search will drop down and then hover over cold smoke. Then fallow it down till you find cheese. Click on cheese then click on start a new thread.
