Spiral ham question

  1. What temp should I pull it?

    I do precooked Spiral Hams as a double smoked ham often. I usually smoke at 250 for about 3.5 hours. Don't really worry too much about IT as it is already cooked and just need to get it hot.

    Agree, they're already cooked.  I do 230* for 3 hours, using Cherry or Hickory
