Spicy Pickled Eggs & Half Sour Pickles

    Inspired by Discos carrots and with Fall rapidly approaching I decided it was time for MORE pickled eggs and the unique half-sour Jewish deli style pickles. I jacked up the eggs a bit more this time around with the addition of a small jar of the famously hot, make you sweat, Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce. Waiting two weeks for the magic to happen is the hardest part.

    Well thanks for the nod but me inspiring you would be like a house painter inspiring Rembrandt.

    As a point, those eggs and pickles look stunning.

    Oh boy...special glasses, why not.....I see they pour impressively in their commercials...let the good times roll!!
    LOL...funny Disco.....BUT, when I saw your carrots a bell went off so you got an honorable mention.....enjoy your pickling adventures....Willie
