I was going to make the Spicy stick recipe but dont feel like trudging through the snow to get to the smoker. SO Im going to use the stick recipe for some GB jerky. I used my heat gun and made the jerky nozzle just a bit thinner. Got some of the ingerdients ready to go. Replacing the sugar with 4 tsp of Trehalose. This is done because i will be freezing the jerky after vac sealing. All mixed, let this sit for awhile so it all comes together before adding to the meat. Be back later with jerky pics.
