Started with just over 10 lbs of spare ribs. Seasoned with some Lawrys and brown sugar. In for 3 hours at 230 with Captain Morgan and apple juice in the water pan. Pulled and foiled with some apple juice and back in for 2 more hours. Removed foil and basted with some bbq sauce and back in for 1 hour. Seved with corn bread and some baked beans with my own Buckboard Bacon added. Yummy!
