Made some 3-2-1 Spares with Three Bean Casserole and Twice Baked Potatoes over the weekend. Great deal on the ribs-Buy One Get Two Free and they were well trimmed. Rubbed and resting (front rack with Three Little Pigs BBQ Rub, back rubbed with my Memphis Dust Rub) They have been on the MES for 3 hours and are now ready to be foiled (only got a pic of one rack) They've been in the foil for 2 hours. Removed the foil and brushed with Gates Original BBQ Sauce. And the money shot! Served with Smoked Three Bean Casserole and Twice Baked Potatoes - Whole meal on the smoker!
