Spares and yardbird on, smoked cheese burgers for lunch Qview too!

    Decided to try the smoked bacon cheeseburgers for lunch they were really good. Thanks for the idea WD. Got the yardbird on for later to.

    Heres the spares all rubbed down. Threw them in after the burgers came off.

    Going to do a fatty later to.

    Mmmmm....I'm going to have to try those smoked Cheeseburger's one of these days. The spares are looking good too Jason. I have done the baby back's, but not the spares yet. I'm sure the wife will want me to put some in the smoker in the near future. I'm sure that yard bird will tast good later also. Don't forget to show us the final Q-view on this smoke.

    hey crewcab - looks like you're busy making your backyard smell good, too!!! Those burgers look so good, and the bacon is always tasty when it's done.

    Did you brine the yardbird, or apply a rub? Anxious to see how juicy that turns out!! [​IMG]

    Getting the fatty ready while enjoying a tasty beverage.
    Sumo on the chicken I did a rub and injected with garlic herb marinade smoked for 3 1/2 hrs. then foil and cook 3 more hrs. They turn out so moist and tender it's unreal. I've tasted beer can chicken before but this way is just as good if not better. I also inject with Kens zesty Italian dressing it rocks chicken.

    Here's the fatty going on the smoker with the ribs and chicken. Foiled both right after the pics.

    Here's Ashlyn waiting saying hurry up dad on the ribs and chicken I'm hungry. She'll be 1 next saturday. Time goes by to fast!!!!
    She really likes the chicken.

    LOL Crew - I love the thought process of making sure each available space is filled up! Nothing like having a plate full of smoked meats to enjoy thorughout the week!

    Here's the ribs and yardbird off the smoker.

    Here's some of the fatty cut up. I put mushrooms,roasted garlic alfredo, and mozzerela cheese in it. Then I wrapped it with bacon. Rolling the fatty up and sealing it can be a challenge. I might have put to much in it though. It was very good.

    I used cherry and hickory for the smoke today. The cherry smelled great.
    Did some baked beans,baked potatoes, and asparagus with butter and garlic powder in a foil pouch. Did tonights whole meal on the smoker.
    My wife thinks I should cook every meal on the smoker. I told her I could if I didn't have to go to work, then I'd be happy to.
