spares and questions; and q-view!!!

    I 4 big ol spares and Trimmed them up myself.
    did the mustard, and made my first (double) batch of Jeff's rub.
    this is about an hour in.





    Is there a 3-2-1 like method for smoking the rib tips.
    I am guessing 1.5-1.5-1
    can't wait to taste these ribs.

    I will post more pics, I am also doing a fattie later on for heman night dinner (Katie has to work late)[​IMG]

    I pull the skirt to sample when I go to foil or a little sooner. Then the rib tips after the foil.

    Yes, exactly, supposedly 3-2-1 for spares, and 2-2-1 for baby backs, but i do 2-2-1 for both with great results. Looking great man!
