Got my new WSM, got some upgrades for it, now it’s time to smoke some spareribs. I kept things simple, one rack has mustard as a base followed by salt and pepper, second rack, worshiresaure as a base with salt and pepper. Keeping the temp at 225 using the BBQ Guru.
 
Nice BbQ there .. point to you .. make another post with it plated and sides ... we love that around here ....
 
Great looking meal, can't beat ribs & beans!
You may want to stick to the wood chunks, the pellets just burn right up.
