Made these babies last night!
Looks good to me.
I did them on my gas grill with hickory chunks in the smoke box. 6hrs at 250. they turned out nice and tender with a bit of a bite.
Man those look good and you can tell their tender with the bone hanging out the side of the rack. Good Eats for sure.for your first smoke.
