Here's some pictures of some spare ribs I smoked today. I put Jeff's rub on them last night and wrapped and put in fridge. My wife was out of state yesterday so I couldn't take any pictures until this afternoon. I did the ribs with 3-2-1 and had the smoker staying at around 225. Getting ready to take off smoker. Sitting on platter next to smoker. Happy with the smoke ring.I didn't take pictures of the bones, but of course that's all that was left.
